Appalachian’s ROTC program receives third consecutive commissioning award

BOONE— Appalachian State University’s ROTC program keeps exceeding expectations when it comes to graduating new lieutenants each year. As a result, the program has received its third consecutive award for exceeding its goal of commissioning 15 lieutenants a year into the U.S. Army.
