BOONE—The Northwest North Carolina Scholastic Journalism Day workshop will be held Oct. 2 at Appalachian State University. The workshop is sponsored by the Winston-Salem Journal, North Carolina Scholastic Media Association and Appalachian’s Department of Communication.
