Chilton Rogers honored for support of entrepreneurship activities

BOONE – Chilton Rogers, deputy director of Appalachian State University’s Appalachian Regional Development Institute (ARDI) has been recognized by the N.C. Rural Center’s Institute for Rural Entrepreneurship for her leadership in creating an emerging entrepreneurship region in rural North Carolina.
