Fiction writer Matthew Vollmer participates in Appalachian’s visiting writers series Oct. 23

BOONE—Fiction writer Matthew Vollmer is the featured author for the Oct. 23 Hughlene Bostian Frank Visiting Writers Series presentation at Appalachian State University.
An instructor at Virginia Tech University, Vollmer is the author of “Future Missionaries of America,” a collection of short stories that will be published in January 2009.
