BOONE—The North Carolina Lawyers for Entrepreneurs Assistance Program (NC LEAP) will present a free legal clinic for small business owners Wednesday, Nov. 5, from 1 to 4 p.m. at the Appalachian Enterprise Center at 130 Poplar Grove Connector in Boone.
