(TEC) gave a two-hour presentation to the state meeting of the N.C. Mechanical Inspectors Association on the energy efficiency provisions of the N.C. Mechanical Code. The presentation focused on high-efficiency window requirements, air sealing, duct sealing, duct insulation, controls and efficiency requirements for heating and cooling, moisture control, health and safety, and other issues.
