Students receive Celia Moh Scholarship

BOONE—Appalachian State University juniors Joel Valente and Katherine Watts, and senior Michael Hugh Owings will each receive a Celia Moh Scholarship for the 2008-09 academic year. The scholarship pays full tuition, room, board and fees.
