BOONE—Anne Pope, federal co-chair of the Appalachian Regional Commission, visited Appalachian State University to review progress of two ARC-funded projects housed on campus: The Appalachian Enterprise Center and The Western North Carolina Network for Access and Success (WNCNAS).

Appalachian State University is a public university located in Boone, North Carolina and the sixth largest institution in the University of North Carolina system.
